Booking

1.1 Reservations and bookings must be paid by the forms of payments advertised and they should be paid in advance.

1.2 Instalments are accepted so long as you keep receipts and submit at the earliest possible time, first by contacting our help line number: 07411883513 24hr service, or office working hours 0121 552 3914.

Refunds

1.3 Once you book, a refund will not be issued.

Cancellation

1.4 You can cancel  your attendance, four weeks to the date of the event, in exceptional circumstances upon which a refund can be arranged at 12% administration fee deducted off the original amount you paid.

1.5 In ordinary circumstances you can find a replacement participants to whom you can transfer the ticket, and in some of the cases we can arrange to sell the ticket for you in which case we will take 12% administration fee.

Displays

2.1 The displays, information and tangible goods you bring to Amaka Ya Bwingi, and her partners’ (meaning any organisation and individuals who have invested in that particular event) events must be legally acceptable and no obscene materials will be allowed; and no sell of alcohol is permitted.

2.2 The displays, information and tangible goods must meet health and safety standards stipulated by the health and safety executive or the local authority.

2.3 The displays, information and tangible goods must be your own or are licensed to you.

Liability

3.1 We do not accept liability of damage as a result of any accident that happens at your displays, information and tangible goods during or after the conference. Therefore if you bring any valuables you must have adequate insurance cover.

3.2 We do not accept liability for loss of income as a result of your participation in our event, meaning if you made a loss that is your Expenditure has exceeded Income during the event. Our events are purpose driven to link and network businesses and individuals with a long term view to gain. Therefore put it in mind that one event may not raise the profit your expect.

Merchandise:

4.1 Within our terms you are permitted to sell and buy during our events as we encourage trade. No stolen goods can be sold during or after the conference.

Networking Organisations

4.2 For other businesses based on the networking principle of growth, we reserve the right to turn down your participation if we see a conflict of interest either between ourselves and yourselves, or between yourselves. Yourselves meaning two or more networking businesses from the same organisation have applied to show case; in this circumstance information will be availed to your colleagues across the teams and from there you will decide who will be given preference to exhibit.

4.2.1  However, we still reserve the right to accept each application to the conference as an individual and independent of other participants. Should we exercise this right and you find that at the event there are more of your networking organisation, it is in your best interest to have a quick meeting and resolve how you can proceed on the day. If so you must inform us early enough to accommodate your changes in the pitching plan if you have applied for it.

4.4 Note we accept participation on the first come first serve basis. The first served network member is the one we will listen to as their final decision.

Insurance:

5.1 Amaka Ya Bwingi Network organises appropriate cover directly or indirectly. We hire halls that are of very high standard possessing adequate cover for events.

Notification

6.1 We advertise our official events minimum 6 weeks to the event date,to give enough preparation for you.

Conduct

7.1 We expect professional conduct by respecting others and accommodating their business views. We also stipulate that you come with own business cards and if you do not have any in stock and want quick replacement our dedicated team of graphics designers and printers must be informed four weeks to the event by calling 07411883513 or office line 0121 552 3914, they will assist in getting some printed. There may be a charge.
